The Prayer Room is a resource we are delighted to make available to all Church-on-Main members who will take seriously the call to seek God in the place of prayer. Bookings should always be made prior to arriving to make use of the room. Book a slot here.

The Church-on-Main Prayer Room will be open every day of the week from 6:00 – 22:00, except during designated 24/7 prayer weeks where the room will remain open for the full twenty four hours of each day.

“I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give Him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.”
– Isaiah 62:6-7

Intimacy with God fuels every aspect of a Christian’s daily walk. Carving time out of our schedules to spend with our Father can be a costly sacrifice and one that frequently falls by the wayside during busy seasons, but the rewards are so much greater than we can imagine. Jesus himself would steal away from his disciples to spend time in communion with His Father.
Through Jesus, our words have been given authority in the spiritual realm so that when we feel overwhelmed by events in our lives or by stories on the news, we need not feel hopeless. We can pray with confidence knowing that our God in heaven hears us.

“If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sins and heal their land.”
– 2 Chronicles 7:14

“Cares and worries are manifold; therefore let your prayers be manifold. Turn everything that is a care into a prayer.”
– Charles Spurgeon

“Prayer is putting oneself in the hands of God, at His disposition, and listening to His voice in the depths of our hearts.”
– Mother Teresa
