SUNDAY TO DO LIST
EARLY MORNING (Before 7pm Shift)
COFFEE SHOP AREA
- Turn on the coffee machine on
- Turn on all lights (that included the pricelist lights)
- Light the fireplaces (only on a cold day)
- Open toilet windows (only on a warm day)
- Ensure that coffee shop is neat and tidy
AUDITORIUM
- Turn both aircon units on
- Ensure that Vents are closed
- Ensure 250 chairs are packed out
- Ensure that there are no chairs packed against in the main auditorium wall.
MID MORNING (Before between 7-9am)
AUDITORIUM
- Fill up tea and coffee urns
- Turn fairy lights on
- Ensure all lights are switched on
- Ensure backstage and safe is locked
- Ensure that a door is put in place on both sides of the stage to create a screen for kids not to go to the backstage
TREASURE-HOUSE & OTHER LOUNGES
- Ensure all lights are switched on everywhere
- Open Treasure-house classrooms and trolley doors (closed on PM service)
- Ensure the outside area is cleaned
- Open creche windows
- Open all toilet windows (not on a cold day)
- Ensure lounges are neat & tidy.
KITCHEN
- Turn on the dishwashing machine.
LATE MORNING (10am-12am)
COFFEE SHOP AREA
- Turn OFF the coffee machine on
- Turn OFF all lights (that included the pricelist lights)
- Clean the fireplaces
- Close toilet windows
- Ensure toilets are clean
- Ensure that the coffee shop is neat and tidy
AUDITORIUM
- Turn both aircon units are OFF
- Ensure that Vents are closed

- Ensure urns are switched off
- Turn fairy lights off
- Ensure all lights are switched off
TREASURE-HOUSE & OTHER LOUNGES
- Ensure all lights are switched off everywhere
- Lock up Treasure-house classrooms and trolley doors
- Ensure lounges are neat & tidy.
- Ensure toilets are clean
KITCHEN
- Turn on off dishwasher
AFTERNOON (4pm)
COFFEE SHOP AREA
- Turn on the coffee machine on
- Turn on all lights (that included the pricelist lights)
- Light the fireplaces (only on a cold day)
- Open toilet windows (only on a warm day)
- Ensure that coffee shop is neat and tidy
AUDITORIUM
- Turn both aircon units on
- Turn fairy lights on
- Ensure all lights are switched on
- Ensure backstage and safe is locked

AFTER NIGHT MEETING
COFFEE SHOP AREA
- Turn OFF the coffee machine on
- Wipe all tables
- Give entrance and coffee shop a sweep
- Turn OFF all lights (that included the pricelist lights)
- Clean the fireplaces
- Close toilet windows
- Ensure toilets are clean
- Ensure that the coffee shop is neat and tidy
AUDITORIUM
- Turn both aircon units are OFF
- Turn fairy lights off
- Ensure all lights are switched off
TREASURE-HOUSE & OTHER LOUNGES
- Ensure all lights are switched off everywhere
- Lock up Treasure-house
KITCHEN
- Turn on off dishwasher
